I am looking for anyone who may have known my Saye family who lived in the Thomas, New Mexico area.
My grandfather, George Washington Saye, with his wife Ruth, and three sons: TJ, Leonard and James lived in this area, I believe until around 1944, when my father, Leonard, enlisted in WWII. I am not sure how long they lived there.
My mother recently passed away, and we were in the neighborhood, so my father took the family by the old Saye place. The rock house, rock barn, rock chicken house and the corrals are still standing.
Does anyone know who owns this place now?
My grandfather, George, passed away when I was 9 years old, and would appreciate knowing any thing, anyone may be able to tell me.
