I realize that this was posted over 6 years ago, but I wanted to correct and add some information. Rode and Jim Dimitroff were brothers. Rode (Big Chief Hiccups as I knew him) was my great grandfather and gave nicknames to all of the kids he drove to school (as a bus driver) and to all of his grandkids and great grandkids, so we gave him one back. Jim's wife, Geneva is still alive and lives in Clayton. My grandfather, the son of Thelma and Rode, Rodney, also still lives in Clayton with his wife Georgia. Their other child, Lorraine lives in Amistad, NM. If anyone is still interested in this branch of the family, feel free to email me.
