Ramon's Baptism is listed in the FHL Vital Records Index North America as 1885 (no day or month given). His mother is given as Encarnacion Garcia, no father named. The Baptismal record would note if he is the "natural" son of the mother.

The original record can be found on FHL Film 0016850, obtained through your local FHC.
