Jefferson D Cutlip applied for and was issued a Land Patent By the Bureau of Land Management for 320 acres in Quay County July 13, 1914. The land location was described as being in Blocks 26 and 27, Township 16-N, Range 34-E. Jefferson D. Cutlip may have been originally from West Viginia or Ohio.
This is all the information I have on him. If anyone has anything on him or any other Cutlip in New Mexico please let me know.
Thanks the for help
Tom Cutlip
