Have you tried the Tularose Basin Historical Society Museum in Alamogordo. It is located next to the Chamber of Commerce. I purchased two volumns of Otero County Pioneer Family Histories. Vol II begins with the Jimmy Anderson Family. It is written by a Carrie Lois Godley. I have loaned out Vol I to another researcher so I can not do a look up. I found them very helpful and willing to copy anything.
