Genealogical Research in Lincoln County

I'm hoping to make a trip to/through Lincoln County in the next few months on my way 'West'. A few years ago my daughter and I passed thru and stopped at the courthouse and located several marriage records of my familie that were there between 1900-1920.

My intention this time is to spend a few days and search the land records (grantee/grantor indicies, leasee/leasor indicies) to see if I can locate more information about the family. I have searched these types records in other states with great success.

Has anyone reading this message board ever searched land recods in Lincoln County? Are those easily accessible for the time period 1900-1920? What kinds of information did you glean from those records. And lastly, does the courthouse in Lincoln County have office hours of 8:00 am to 5:pm?

Thanks for any information.
