I am not aware of a web site for marriage records but if you have names and dates you should be able to get a copy of
the marriage license from the Colfax County Clerk in RATON.
Another possibility is if the people were Catholic and
married in Raton in 1951, they would have married at St Patrick or St Joseph church. Microfilm of St Patrick marriages and deaths 1896-1955 is available from the LDS/FHC
film #0016883. St Joseph, 1920-1956, is film #0016881.
The two churches combined after that. Good luck.
