One last thing. Go to www.nmgs.org and you will find a lot of information re Catholic Churches in NM. I found the church records to be the absolutely best source of info in researching Catholic ancestors from the late 1800s to early 1900s. I strongly recommend that that you follow that lead as I am certain that the records do exist unless something unusual happened, e.g. fire or flood. Good luck.
