I am hoping some one can please help me.
I think this is my lineage

he was probably born in New Jersey as was his unknown wife.
1830 U S Census: Newton, Sussex, New Jersey
Page: 214; NARA Roll: M19-82
1 male 20-30
1 male 50-60
1 female 5-10
1 female 15-20
1 female 30-40
1 female 40-50

Found this but not sure what it means or how having the full record would help?

He might of been a tavern owner maybe cousin to an Isaac BASSETT also tavern owner in Sussex NJ.
