Stout of Oxford Sussex/Warren county, NJ

Need help with my dead end. In about 1824 Oxford, Sussex county, NJ became part of the new Warren county.

Oct 27, 1825; Robert McCONNAL and Mary Ann Stout, both of the County of
Warren and Township of Oxford ware lawfully married by me. . . George BANGHART, Methodist Episcopal Church

1830 Census: Oxford, Warren, NJ: William Stout, b. 1780-1790, William and John Stout b. 1790-1800.

I have been unable to find any of these Stouts. I believe that Mary Ann could be the daughter of the older William Stout. Also the John and the younger William could be brothers. Can anyone help with where I can look next?
