Try looking in two places. First two "L" Willson are sometimes Quakers who lived in Hardwick settlement (now Allamuchy Twp Warren County NJ The Hardwick meeting records are available thru the LDS church or if you are in the area at the Warren County Historical Society. Second, Bowlsby and Carpenter are lower Warren County Names and there were Wilsons in that area as well as Hunterdon County NJ. Warren was part of Sussex until 1825.
