Hello, all.

I am stuck on my Hann line, and could use some advice or hints....

My great-grandfather, ALVAH PETER RUDE, was born in Wantage, Sussex County, New Jersey in 1886. He married IDA MAE (MAY?) HANN about 1910. I don't know where they married, but they were living in Plainfield, Union County by 1912, when they had a son named GEORGE RUDE. In 1917, they had another son, HARRY FISHER RUDE. Also a son FRANCIS RUDE, probably born between George and Harry, was born to them, but he died at 9 months of age.

Alvah and Ida continued to live in Plainfield until their deaths. Ida died sometime close to WWII, either shortly before or shortly after. Alvah died in 1977.

I haven't been able to figure out who Ida's parents were or where she was from. Ida had a brother named WILLIAM HANN.

Does anyone have WILLIAM HANN, born between 1880 - 1895, and/or sister IDA MAE HANN, born c. 1888, in their files? Most likely from northern New Jersey?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
