Larry,

No, am researching BELLIS, although after a recent trip to Warren/Sussex County I've become more interested in ATTEN, ALBERTSON, and SWAYZE. Didn't have enough time to dig into the courthouse records to find out where the BELLIS land in Oxford (Beaver Creek) was located, so thought that since it appears your LEMON was his neighbor you might know where you LEMON had his land. I have a sneaking suspicion Peter BELLIS was the person who constructed the Sarepta Mill circa 1760.
