Nora, You are correct She did marry Seymoure Bonker,Amos was one of thire sons. They are all burrried in the Sparta Cemetery behind the Pres. Church. I have a copy of Amos Bonkers Death Certificate that states Phebe Jane Stites and Seymoure Bonker were his parents. Amos married Lydia J. Hazelton and became the parents of Edward, Florance, Dorcus,Ethel,Raymond,Russell and George. Of these children Russell was my husbands Grandfather. Russell married Edith Libby Burd(daughter of Marshall Burd and Mary Hunt). Russell and Edith had 5 children Russell Amos Bonker Jr. (living: father of twin daughters) Jack Bonker( died 1979) Raymond Bonker( died 1942 WW2) Burton B. Bonker ( Died 1942 WW2) Alice Bonker ( died mid 1980 Was the Mother of Twin sons).
Jack Bonker Was my Husbands Father.
Do you have any connection with my husbands line? If so please let me know how.
Best wishes,
Mary Ellen Decker-Bonker
