I think she married Seymour Bonker, not Amos (unless they are one and the same) - the census returns give his name as Seymour. I don't know when they died or where they might be buried - although I haven't looked for them extensively (if you know, please fill me in). The only info I have on her is that she was born in 1834 (census returns); was living with her Uncle Thomas Dustin in 1850 (Her father died in 1851).
