Harlingen Dutch Church baptism records and list of magistrates

Does anyone know where I can find the following:

1) baptismal records for Harlingen Reformed Dutch Church for 1759. Specifically looking for a reference for Cornelius Van Arsdale, son of Gerrit Van Arsdalen, baptized in early 1759.

2) a list of justices who served during the Revolution. Specifically looking for Gerrit Van Arsdalen.

I think the Gen Mag of New Jersey, vol 15 lists the baptismal record. But, I cannot find a copy in Atlanta where I live.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
