Yes, my Thurston had siblings.
JOHN THURSTON b. ca 1811, England, D. ca 1856 probably NYC, occupation: butcher (per 1850 Fed. census).
Married before 1842 AMANDA M. DELATOUR, b. ca 1826, D. 9 May 1874 age 48, Flushing, Long island NY.
ALEXANDER DELATOUR THURSTON b. 23 Jun 1846 NYC, D. 16 Jul 1920 Jersey City NJ. (my great-grandfather) graduated from NY Institution for the Instruction of the Deaf & Dumb as a farmer. Attended Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jersey City. I have baptism & wedding records.

GEORGE THURSTON b. ca 1842 NY, age 8 on 1850 census. He lived for a while age 19 in Somerset Co. with mother Amanda, who was widowed & married 1860 to MOSES AMERMAN. No issue from that untion. On 12 May 1874 she was buried in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn as AMANDA M. AMERMAN, near her mother HANNAH DELATOUR who died 28 Apr 1874.

JOHN b. ca 1848 NY, no info
HAMILTON b ca 1844, NY, no info
EMMIE or EMMA, age 10 on same census, no relationship listed.
