I need information about Armory Park in Passaic Township

When the old Acquackanonk Reformed Church cemetery was dis-interred in the early 1920's there were many soldiers bodies removed. I am trying to determine if any of these soldiers was re-buried in Armory Park. There is supposedly a monument there, but is it a cenotaph? I have seen many references to a "Soldiers Plot" where some of the Acquackanonk veterans were re-interred. Is Armory Park this so called "Soldiers Plot"? The Passaic Township Historian cannot answer my questions or provide additional information.
