PEER William, Thomas, Bessie, Elsie, Blanche, and Lewis/Louis
Posted by: Claudia Day (ID *****6670) Date: July 27, 2010 at 15:29:39

In the 1880 federal census in Denville, Morris, New Jersey is a family consisting of
father William Peer, ae 46;
mother, Margaret K., ae 44;
Thomas, 14;
Bessie N., 10;
Elsie R., 8;
Blanche, 6; and
Lewis, 1.
I wondered if this Lewis is the Louis Peer enumerated in 1910 in Rockway Township, Morris County, New Jersey with wife Sophia age 29, son Lewis age 4, and daughter, Janet age 2.
There is also a Louis Peer age 30 in 1910 enumerated in Manhattan.

I hope this is helpful.
