I know that Madison Library has a copy; also Morristown Library. Although they may not let you make copies from the book (broken bindings,) they may have a microfilm copy with a reader/copier. Maybe Morristown/Township Library has what is known as a book copier, which allows one to make photocopies without fully opening the book. If they both fail to let you make copies, the local Family History Center of your nearest "Mormon" church - Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints - may have this on microfilm (by order) & these Centers usually have reader/printers.
