James Family, 1750 to 1780, Monmouth County, NJ

I have recently found a connection to the James family from the Monmouth County, New Jersey area. I have an Elizabeth James born between 1770 and 1775 that married Tobias Polhemus Barkalow 12 Jul 1794 in Monmouth Counbty, NJ. The Benham/James families may have traveled West together to Warren County, Ohio. This is where my Elizabeth James and Tobias Barkalow settled. Any help on the James family from Monmouth County, New Jersey would be appreciated.
