There is an article online you've probably seen since many of the names you listed are here...one is Apollo M. Bruere- (spelled a bit different)
The Sanders listed seem to have all died in the Siege of Petersburg

I did a census check and Henry Quay (black) was still alive and living in Upper Freehold Twp. in 1880
