Hi!

Does anyone have any family from possibly the Freehold area that married into the Allaire family that owned Howell Works over in Howell?

James Allaire's son married a woman named Adelaide. I thought I heard somewhere that she was from the Freehold area and/or they had lived in Freehold for a spell.

Any information would be appreciated. I do know that in the 1850 census from NY that James and Adelaide lived in NY he was approximately 40 at the time and she approximately 32. He passed in 1882 in NYC and she passed before that no date given.

I look forward to anyone that may have this small piece of the puzzle.

Thanks in advance.
Dottie
