Nancy,
There is a New Bedford Road in Wall Township it starts at Belmar Blvd. I have never heard of a New Bedford cemetery, but there is a section of Wall known as "New Bedford", the death certificate could be referring to the area and not the name of a cemetery.
The Wall Township Assessor's office might be able to help you.
I will check with some friends who have lived in the area all their lives, and let you know if I find out anything.
