His books are still for sale to the public, or you should be able to find copies of his various works at large libraries which have genealogy section.

If you are interested in Quakers in Scotland, then check out George Pratt Insh's book "Scottish Colonial Schemes 1620-1686", this book is out of print (I believe). I got a copy through Richmond, VA through inter-library loan system. Check at your local library.
