I have a letter written in 1915 to a Craig
stating that certain Coverts had married Craigs and some had gone west years before. My great-grandfather, Archibald Tunis Craig,
the sone of John I. Craig and Elizabeth Schenck were from western NJ. Archibald Tunis
was born about 1815 in Manalapan and came west in l844. I know these Craigs are buried
at Old Tennent and the Old Scots Burying Gr.
I have sought additional information for years, but a crucial generation is missing.
