Rev. Patterson married Sarah "Sally" Maxson in 1784 and as far as I can tell he was the Rev. John Patterson the was made pastor of the New Salem Seventh Day Baptist Church in 1795. That is about all I know from before the time he moved his family to Licking County Ohio in 1809. Anyone that knows anything more please let my know.
