My husband Robert is related to Humphrey Hall Turton. Humphrey was his fathers cousin. Bob knew Humphrey and Kit and their daughters Lois and Claudia. We found his first marriage to Faith Carpenter and are in touch with is granson from that marriage. The family tree we have listed a Martha Simpson with two children but because of the time of his first marriage and his marriage to Kit, we thought someone had made a mistake. The cousin who was our link to Lois and Claudia Died last fall. I will tell my husband about my discovery.
