INTENT and/or NATURALIZATION PAPERS

Can anyone tell me if the Naturalization Intent and the actual Naturalization papers are held by county court or have they been turned over to State Archives?

The person in question is Stephen Chopek b. 1888 in Ukraine, immigrated 5 Mar 1906. The census does state he was naturalized in 1919.

BTW: The original name was Stefan Czopyk. He lived in Millville, Cumberland Co, NJ.
