Kathleen,
You found my family. I don't know how to thank you enough. I am so excited. There are a few discrepancies but overall the information is too close to be coincidental. I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to find them in PA. You obviously know a great deal more than I, a rookie do.
All the NJ Census said they were born in NJ and I had nothing in the family records that ever referred to PA.
Charlotte is mispelled but the age is correct.
Abbie is the correct age. There were two other daughters, Maria and Gertrude but they were at the age that they probably married.
Benjamin F. Taylor was my grandfather. He was always listed as Frank but that must be what they called him because he was 2 years younger than Firmin.
Harriett Gorwin is Henrietta and she must have remarried a Charles Perkins because they are buried next to Charlotte in Camden.
When Charles Edward Taylor died, Charlotte must have moved the family back to PA where she was born.
Thank you so much. I am back on track. Wally
