Searching for George HOPKINS, Trenton area 1875

George and Deborah HOPKINS had two daughters that married in Trenton and Chambersburg, Mercer Co., New Jersey in 1875.

Anna Mary HOPKINS married Andrew F. CARSON 15 Jun 1875 in Trenton. Her sister Amey HOPKINS married Furman CARSON 18 Dec 1875 in Chambersburg. The CARSON men were brothers, and can be found in the Trenton city directories in 1881 & 1882, and on the 1880 census.

I have located George and Deborah HOPKINS in Hamilton Square in the 1850 and 1860 census. This familly disappears from the record after this, except for the weddings of the daughters.

Extensive searches of online holdings have failed to locate the couple. George HOPKINS was said to be a lawyer. Are there further extant city directories available for the 1875 time period? Any attorney's association records? Ideas welcomed....
