statement made by Charles June 21 1906 before Justice of the Peace W.G. Cowgill
Personally appeared before me as a Justice of the Peace within and for the county of Gloucester, Charles W. Wiley, who being duly sworn on his oath says that he was born on the 25th day of October 1837, in Burlington County, NJ that his mother died when he was a small child, and that his father put him out with a farmer near Mt. Ephraim, NJ he stayed with him 3 or 4 years and then came to Greenwich Township, and has lived in Greenwich Township ever since, his father came to see him once or twice while he was at Mt Ephraim and he has not seen him or heard from him or anyone of his family from that time to this.

Would like to find Charles in the 1860 census. Also the identity of his mother and any other pertinent information
