Jerry Richard was son of John R. Nixon b1828 (believed in KY) d in TN and Ann J. Lovelace b1839 d in TN. They married 6 June 1859 Lauderdale Co. TN.
John R. was the son of Zedekiah Fredrick Nixon b1794 in SC, d 1870 Christian, KY and Jemimah Chandler (believed born in 1793 in SC) d 1850 Christian KY. They married
9 Apr 1817 in Christian, KY.
Zedekiah Frederick was the son of Absalom Nixon b 1794 SC (alt. birth 1762 VA) d 27 July 1836 Christian Co. KY and Edith Farmer b1766 NC d 1860. They were married 27 May 1783 in Surry NC.
Absalom's father was believed to be Henry Nixon, but which one???
