Hello! I just found this forum and seen that I think you are referring to my family in this message.

My great-great grandfather was Gottlieb Nitschke and he was married to Rosina (Zahn) Nitschke.

Gottlieb was born in 1856 and died in 1908
Rosina (Zahn) died in 1921

Both are buried in Holiday, Texas

Gottlieb and Rosina had a total of 11 children.

Gottlieb (my great grandfather)
Gotfried
Otelia married Carl Neugebauer
John
Rosina (died in childbirth)
Rosina married Alex Neugebauer
Lydia married Fred Daumey
Sam
Dan
Margret married a Covvington
Mathilda

Mathilda drowned in or around 1909. Her father had died a year earlier. So his grave was opened up and she was then placed in his arms. I do not know if it's marked on the tombstone in Holiday Texas.
