No, I think we are in the right ballpark. There was another sister to Mary Nist Reuscher whose name was Anna Nist b. 1865. She could be the Aunt Annie you mentioned.

Spring Hill was in the area of Allegheny City, Allegheny County, PA. Later in 1906 it became the Northside of Pittsburgh. The 1870 Census I have only includes Albert who was born in 1870, therefore, Peter born in 1873 would not be included. Where are you located?
