Hi Gail, Our Niquet/Niquettes are connected. I know this because there was only one Niquet that pioneered Québec in the 1666s.

Pierre Niquette (son of Michael and Catherine Monty/Montis) married one of the Kings Daughters Francoise Lemoine. They are my 8th Great Grandparents and their son Pierre married to Marie Lefebvre are my 7th Great Grandparents.

You still have a few generations to fill in after your Joseph Niquette and Marie Anne Hebert. Gook luck, the 1700 and 1600s will be easy. Janet
