NINER'S FROM LONDON & DEVON
I have many Niner names from London and Devon.
I am looking for information on Andrew Gardner Niner who was born in 1845 in Whitechapel, London, who disappeared in the 1881 census. His wife Fanny (nee Bean) was living with her brother in Kent at the time and was stated as married. ? if Andrew went away or had died?.
Andrew and Fanny married in 1868 in Bethnal Green and their children (which I believe is their children - have to get birth certs) in 1881 census were in a boarding school (St Georges in the East Industrial School) in East Ham, Essex.Children are Fanny Elizabeth Niner born 1870 in Mile End and Alfred WilLiam Niner born 1873 in St Georges East.Found a death record of Andrew Albert Niner born 1872 which I believe could be the child of Andrew and Fanny.
In 1899 Fanny Niner (which is possibly nee Bean - I will get marriage certificate) married for the second time to a Frederick Stradling. So either Andrew Niner died or they had divorced and he moved away as he is not cited on 1881, 1891 and 1901 census.
Anybody that has information I would be most grateful if they could contact me.
