I have been asked to give a presentation about the Nimmo family and Nimmo Church. I want to focus on the Nimmos who gave the land for Nimmo Church and attended there. Can you share that information, if you have it. With so many of the NIMMOS having sons named William and James, I am finding it difficult to separate them. I was told that Anne Nimmo, who gave the land for Nimmo Church in 1791 was the widow of Johnson Nimmo and mother of William. William and Eleanor are on the Sunday School rolls for the mid 1800's. I would appreciate any help you may offer.
