Hi there, I dont know the man or his family but wanted to give you the correct spellings since I'm also of the Igbo ethnic group which he is from.
The name of the school is St Augustines Grammar school in Nkwerre, Imo state
Aquata should be Aguata
his name should be Okechukwu Ndubuisi Chidi Osisioma
Okey is the nickname variant of Okechukwu which most people go by.
I did a google search and found a young man with a UN based Health organization in aguata LGA who maybe might be able to know people on ground that are familiar with that last name, here's the link below, hope it all works out, God Bless
