Hi joseph! I'm from Mindanao but I'm currently working here in Cebu. My mother's maiden name is Nieves (I just put in Nieves as surname so as to catch your attention.) I never got to meet my grandfather because according to my mother, he died when she was still young but I was told he came from Cebu. I'm interested in finding people with nieves as surname because I never really get to meet a lot of them. From where are you in Cebu if you don't mind me asking.
