Somos la familia Nieves de la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela en España. En esta ciudad hay un pequeño barrio en el que prácticamente todas las familias tienen éste apellido. Este barrio se llama Santa Lucía. En la actualidad poseo el escudo de armas de nuestro apellido y tengo conocimiento de la evolucion tanto histórica como genealógica.
