I have recently got some more information on Conrad,
in1880 he shows up in Western N.Y. in Hamburg ,Erie Co N.Y.
He and his wife(Emma)our from Bavaria. Conrad is working for the Railroad as a section boss, and he is 46. He dies
1889, on January 10 th, Westfield. Plus I have located his will, and that will take about 2 months. Anyway in 1880, Emma is there and she is 42, and taking care of the home scene. Oldest daughter Mary is 20yrs. single. Kate is 18 yrs. old, single, she's home. Theodore(who is 16 yrs ) is working for Railroad too.Joseph is at school (at 14 yrs.old)
he dies at ( 25 yrs. old 4m.26 days. And is laid to rest in Westfield cemetery. Henry is seriously hurt jumping from a Lake shore train in 1899, 14, January, says the family is living at Westfield in May of 1899. Conrad (Coonie) is (9yrs.old) in 1880, and then we have the youngest Elizabeth whom is (6yrs.old) in 1880. The last name apparently is Nemoyer, but is changed back to Niemeyer, but that assuming, not sure on the spelling.Does this help anyone or am I hitting a brick wall again? So if anyone has pieces to this puzzle, please contact me. The family disappears of the later census. So now I am looking for them again.
I don't know where to go, any suggestions?
Sincerely yours, Sharon
