Ella Nielsen in South Africa, born in Copenhagen 1905/06

I am knew to this site and was wondering whether anyone could help me or at least point me in the right direction.

My grandmother Ella Helene Gertude Nielsen was far as I know born in Copenhagen around 1905/1906 and came out to South Africa with her parents . From what I can establish they lived in or around East London (South Africa), where she met my grandfather who was born in Liverpool, England . Ella and Ralph Oswald O'Neill married in East London in 1930.

I would like to be able to find out a bit more about my grandmother and her family. I have my grandmother's death certificate (she died in Australia ) from which I have been able to establish her maiden surname , but on it it says she was born in South Africa . From a number of different sources I believe this to be incorrect and so would like to clarify this . Is there anywhere online that I could look up births in Copenhagen around 1905/6 ?

Any help would be greatly received .
