I have lots of information on the Nickerson paternal line going back (so far) to Norwich, England in the 15th century. The American Indian woman you refer to in your post is Ruhamah Jones, who married Joseph Nickerson. They lived about 1650 to 1730 in Masachusetts. Ruhamah Jones was the half-Indian daughter of a man named Teague Jones and her mother whose name was also Ruhamah, who I believe was fully American Indian.
Joseph Nickerson and Ruhamah Jones had a son, Jeremiah Nickerson, born about 1678 in Harwich, MA. I can trace the line of Nickerson patriarchs down from him to myself but am not sure where the line you refer to branched off.
