Hello all-
Found a photo album in my grandmother Nickerson's trunk. It is a photo album of my Grandfather Ola Nickerson's sister, Florence (Flossie) Nickerson - My great Aunt. The first page has a slip of paper in it with the following:
Emery Foster and Florence Nickerson were married in Bucklin Linn Co MO on March 11th, 1906. To this union was born 4 children.
Ira Lellon Foster, born Dec. 13, 1906 at Bucklin, MO
Clarence Elmer Foster, born March 23, 1909 in Bucklin Linn Co MO
Virgil Larence Foster born April 9, 1912 at the Bob Anderson Place 5 miles North of Bucklin Linn Co.
Robert Edwin Foster was born in Canon City, Colorado on Jan. 23, 1923.
The photo album has pictures of homes where the children were born, and a few pictures of relatives, some of which were labeled. Maude, Aunt Addie, Aunt Kate and Rich her husband, Gus and Elbert Nickerson, Hariet, Aunt Nellie, Clarence, Robert, and Mary. Aunt Thanie. I do not know if these relatives are Nickersons or Fosters, but I thought it might ring a bell with someone in this Forum.
