Indenture made Eleventh day of November 1714 Between John Robinson the son of John Robinson of one part and WILLIAM NICHOLSON, Merchant of the other part....Witnessed that the said JOHN ROBINSONfor in consideration of the sum of two thousand pounds of Tobacco paid by the said WILLIAM NICHOLSON to a certain THOMAS REYNOLDS and the said REYNOLDS paid to the said JOHN ROBINSON.......for every part and parcel......a track or parcel of land taken out of a parcel of land formerly granted to ANNE C____? plantation.......line of a parcel of land formerly granted unto NEALE CLARK called NEALSON.......50 acres of land together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to WILLIAM NICHOLSON..............................................................
