In The Name of God Amen, I Clements Nicholson of the Parish of Christ Church County of Middlesex, and State of Virginia, being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and forms following: This is to say, First I Will, that all my just Debts be paid and discharged. Also I give to my beloved wife Anne Nicholson all my Estate both Real and Personal of what kind so ever the same may be to her and Heirs forever, but should my said wife not survive me, then I give all my Estate as aforesaid to my Daughter Mary Charlottes Nicholson at the Rev. Doctor Thomas Nicholson at new bold Pacey(?) in Warwickshire Great Britain to her and her Heirs forever. Lastly I constitute and appoint my Friends Overton Cosley and James Ross, Executors of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all will by me at anytime here onto made and declare this to be my only last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

This last Will and Testament of Clements Nicholson deceased late of the County of Middlesex in the State of Virginia and presented in Court by Overton Cosley and James Ross the Executors there in named who made Oath according to Law and the same was proved by the oath of John Legar.
