I am researching the following family:
John Nicholas, b. about 1811, Limerick, Ireland; d. 3 June 1900, Murroe, Limerick, Ireland and his wife:
Bridget [Smee] Nicholas, b. about 1823, Limerick, Ireland; d. 6 April 1891, Murroe, Limerick, Ireland
They had 8 children, 3 of the following I know about:
1) Bridget Nicholas, b. 1853, Limerick, Ireland, immigrated to US about 1880-1881, married Bernard John Connell about 1887, d. 12 Feb 1929, Salina, KS.
2) Michael B. Nicholas, b. 12 April 1855, Farnane, Limerick, Ireland; immigrated Oct 1881 (probably with sister?); married (Johanna [Hanna] Nicholson 1892 in Dickinson Co., KS; d. 1836 Dickinson Co., KS
3) Hanora who married a Fitzgerald (Fitzgeard?) and remained in Farnane, Limerick, Ireland.
I would love to learn more about this family and the other siblings! (My GGrandUncle/Aunt)
