Tilmon Niblet, SC and GA

Must be time to post another query. Tilmon Niblet was listed in 1820 US Census of Jones Co, GA. He paid taxes in Warren Co in 1794 and 1805, and Jones in 1820. Probably came from SC earlier. In 1827 received Ga Land grant as R S (Revolutionary Soldier) in Carroll Co, having applied in Monroe Co. Believe Edmund Niblet, listed in same 1820 census of Jones Co, was son who died between 1820 and 1827. Unable to find Tilmon listed on any other census or military record. Has anyone noted his name?
