Ebenezer Wright - Plainfield - in late 1790's

Am looking for info on Ebenezer Wright married to Martha Wellman. He is an ancestor of mine and died in Plainfield, Sullivan Co., 23 Oct. 1798.
I'm hoping to find where he's buried and any other pertinent info on him and/or family.
Ebenezer Wright was a physician in Plainfield, and was a surgeon in the Army. I believe he was born in Northfield, MA - not sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
